"Poor experience. Customer service almost raised her voice and said, ‘Well, that’s all we can do, sir.’ There was a misunderstanding about how long it takes for renters insurance to be issued. The coverage has began March 1st, today is March 2nd and I need to submit it to my apartment, but I still don’t have it. I need the coverage document, but I don’t have it yet, and I already canceled my old policy. Apartment thinks I don’t have coverage and they don’t know how long it might take for them to send me the document. It’s frustrating how long it takes them to issue the required form."

"After getting a few home insurance quotes from several companies a friend suggested State Farm. Talked to Leslie and wow I can’t be any happier with how fast and smooth the process was.
